Observation details
Found earlier today by Andy Kratter - small, chunky swallow flying low over E half of the pond and occasionally perching on railings. Most of its plumage was exceedingly worn and pale, but all flight feathers except P10s were freshly replaced. Pale forehead, pale orange throat, pale orange rump, square tail. I believe this is the Texas ssp by its very pale forehead, pale-orange rump, and grayish flanks; the Caribbean ssp typically has a darker forehead, darker reddish-orange rump, and rufous tinged flanks.
