Observation details
Large accipiter seen by many. I have poor photos that may be identifiable but they show bad angles mostly of the rear end. You can see below the wings pretty well and the underside is barred heavily but no views of the head or spread tail. I only saw it for about 5 seconds, enough to time to capture 4 photos, never got my bins up. This bird was identified by others as a goshawk and it was seen chasing a Northern Harrier. Just on size alone it is very suggestive of a goshawk. It was the size of a red-tailed hawk.
