Observation details
First noticed this gull because it was smaller than the surrounding Ring-billed, seemed slightly shorter-legged, and had slightly darker wings/mantle (closer to California). Upon closer inspection, it revealed a small/thin, olive-yellow beak/legs. Black mottling on the head. Adult. Pictures to come, although they're not very good because it was super far away.
