NOTES: I saw one of the two birds relatively well, the other briefly, about 18-20 meters away and 12-15 meters up; the bird giving the ÒseekÓ was a female-plumaged bird perched at the top of an exposed branch at the edge of scrubby forest overlooking fields of sugar cane; both birds that I saw were in female plumage, one grappling the other to the ground; fully overcast, a little bit of a breeze, thermometer indicated it was 88¡ F, but it was probably in the low 80s. Habitat: Rainforest, Evergreen Forest, Field, Scrub, Edge.
