NOTES: Two unseen birds were 8-10 meters away and 1-2 meters up in dense undergrowth at the edge of a small tree-fall gap; playback of these calls and imitation of song by this species seemed to result in a weak approach but little more; partly cloudy, breezy at times, 80¡ F. Response to playback: Approach. Other Behaviors: Scold. Habitat: Rainforest, Evergreen Forest.
