NOTES: Unseen bird was 35 meters up overhead at edge of good, terra firme forest about 300 meters beyond the second stream crossing on the right fork of the second spur (ramal) road in the INCRA project (near where we began the first day); playback of a single song had no apparent effect, but the bird did later begin singing again further back from where it had been; just getting light [high clouds, calm, 77¡ F]. Response to playback: Normal song. Other Behaviors: Advertise. Habitat: Rainforest, Evergreen Forest, Edge.
