NOTES: Songs and calls by a male that I did see within the vegetation about 30 meters away and 25 meters up in the canopy of a tree that was directly over the road through tall terra firme forest along the spur road just short of the Parkia tree [03¡ 47' 58" S, 60¡ 17' 25" W]; this bird was initially amid a mixed-species flock, at least loosely, but mostly by itself; though generally facing away from me, I clearly saw the white undertail coverts and yellow belly, and eventually, the yellow forehead and dark bluish upperparts; high thin clouds, calm to mild breeze, and probably in the upper 80s to low 90s (thermometer said 92¡ F, but it was probably in the sun). Other Behaviors: Advertise, Social Context: Mixed. Habitat: Rainforest, Evergreen Forest.
