Media notes

NOTES: A few calls by a young male that had female-like plumage with mostly greenish underparts, but black in the face, a yellow throat and breast (brighter than I would expect on a female), and a yellow forehead patch; when recorded, the bird was in the open, initially 12-15 meters away, later 18 meters away, and 18-20 meters up in a dead snag that was on the bank below me along the large channel of now relatively low igap¿ that crossed the spur road near its terminus [03¡ 48' 38" S, 60¡ 17' 20" W]; conditions same - mostly cloudy, breezy, and probably in the upper 80s to low 90s (the thermometer indicated 93¡ F, but it had probably been in the sun). Habitat: Rainforest, Evergreen Forest, River, Scrub, Edge.
