NOTES: Songs by two unseen birds, initially natural at 15 meters away, later after playback at 10-15 meters away, and low both times (1-3 meters up) in very dense undergrowth along the stream at the edge of tall terra firme forest along the road near the first dip; these birds were moving over large distances (30-40 meters) relatively rapidly both before and after I got onto them; in response to playback, the bird came in once very briefly (though not seen) but additional playback had little or no effect; the song was the same, though maybe given more frequently, after playback; high thin clouds, calm, 79¡ F. Response to playback: Approach. Response to playback: Normal song. Other Behaviors: Mate, Advertise. Habitat: Rainforest, Evergreen Forest, Creek.
