Media notes

NOTES: This cut was extracted from within cut #00-RDAT02-15, so data are limited; we did see this species in the immediate vicinity but we did not seen it when I made this recording, which highlighted the Elaenia; this bird was presumably in the same Cecropia trees as the Elaenia, and thus not far from the edge of a clearing and with a scrubby understory [mostly clear but with some high thin clouds, calm, mid-80s]; recorded simultaneously with Mario Cohn-Haft. Other Behaviors: Advertise. Habitat: Forest, Evergreen Forest, River, Rural, Island, Second-growth, Scrub, Edge.

Additional species

  • Yellow-browed Sparrow Ammodramus aurifrons
  • Red-and-white Spinetail Certhiaxis mustelinus
  • Brownish Elaenia Elaenia pelzelni
  • Bluish-gray Saltator Saltator coerulescens
  • White-bellied Spinetail Mazaria propinqua
  • Spotted Tody-Flycatcher Todirostrum maculatum
  • Southern House Wren Troglodytes musculus
