Observation details
Found by Jim Green. Breeding plumage female. photos. Only the 3rd county record in the last 34 years. Also seen in 1987 and 1991. This was just the 5th county record. Last Howard record was 1991 on TRIRS (N. Magnusson, J. Coskren, J. Solem). Two others were M. Wallace on farm ponds (one on May 6); another record in 1987 and the first was 1947 on TRIRS (Hasbrouck).
