Media notes
NOTES: Calls of a flock of swifts flying high overhead (probably 200 m above me); although I saw a flock of probably 15 Cypseloides (two seen relatively well) there were also many Chaetura flying around so it was difficult to say which birds gave these calls, which may have been given in response to presence of five to eight Elanoides forficatus that were also flying around; clear but hazy, some breeze, apparently 85°F (though thermometer may have been in the sun) [= RCR022]. ML: Subject changed from Cypseloides senex to Chaetura as per Rich Hoyer and the recordist. -Matt Medler, 8 Nov 2018. Other Behaviors: Establish Flock Contact. Habitat: Forest, Deciduous Forest, Scrub, Rocky.
