Observation details
Found this morning by Mark Phillips 2 miles above the beginning of Ramsey Canyon Preserve at 31.4296, -110.3224. Distinctive cinnamon rufous flycatcher with prominent crest. Darker wings with 2 wing bars. I had the bird calling consistently around a nest it has constructed at this location. At times I thought there might be two birds due to the calls coming in quick succession from different directions. Presumed female due to nest construction and sitting on nest.
