Observation details
*Rare. Continuing bird first found by Mary McMahon on 16 Sep 2015, then relocated by Marshall Iliff, who graciously called me via phone to come over. In marsh northeast of the bridge. Seen from the edge of the forest and marsh to the right of the trail after crossing the first bridge. Present approximately 09:10-09:25, then flew to the northeast out of sight. It's clearly moving around. The extensive pale yellow on the belly, darker mask on face, gray-olive back, and white outer vane to T6's on an otherwise solid black tail clinch this identification, and rule other Tyrannus kingbirds.
