[Vocalizations contained in this recording are ratchet-like croaks and series of hoarse screams, each scream in the series descending in pitch from the one that preceded it. The first distant tree hyrax vocalizations are heard at ~0:20. The first reasonably close sounds occur at 0:48. The closest vocalizations take place between 2:57-4:06. G. Budney 17Dec2015].
