Observation details
*very rare. flew e to w with a small group of robins. as I looked nearly straight up at it, I could see its ridiculously plump size, gray belly, and obvious chestnut-colored undertail coverts in the strong sunlight, all contra to CEDW. as it angled away from me, still heading west, I could just make out its complex white pattern in the upperside of the wings. In addition, the bird was calling; a much more drawn-out, slower trill than from CEDW. I managed to fire off a series of photographs but the bird was well past me at this point. An amazing patch bird and my first for Suffolk Co.
