Observation details
I know there's been scepticism and questions raised in birding lists by others before. I am also very sceptical about some of the birds Listed for this area, having lived and done birding for many years here in my hometown some birds listed, seem ridiculous. This year I missed documenting the Alpine Swift even though I kept a vigil and asked others in our area to report if any has seen this species so far there has failed to report. Guess the Swifts skipped this area like our regular monsoons. I also did not even notice I had actually snapped the Eurasian Hobby assuming that it must be the Shaheen Falcon that has taken up residence here. The Common Buzzard has been listed as a vagrant. I decline to differ as over the years I have seen this species return on a very regular basis to this abode of ours.
