Observation details
**Rare. Continuing first-year male. Took a while to find but eventually located in fruit trees along east side of Rose Valley Fruitecetum about halfway from the south entrance to the north end, just south of the abrupt dip and at the top of the gully. Eating quietly and steadily, then eventually flew up and out to land in tops of taller trees. Dropped down again out of sight to north and not relocated in the fruit trees there. Almost silent but giving soft single-note calls occasionally, including when first located and when it flew.
