Observation details
Southbound migrant flew directly overhead and went by so quickly I didn't have much time to do anything except point the camera and click. The bill and neck appear too thin for COLO, and the feet are pretty tiny. COLO would be more likely at this spot, but the bird didn't seem bulky enough and the wings seem too narrow. The markings aren't much help...too backlit. I've not seen a RTLO from directly underneath before...couldn't tell from this view if the neck was drooping or not.
