Observation details

Young bird with very plain pale brown upperparts, unstreaked plain breast with yellowish cast to throat and flanks. White eye ring. Dark tail with very obvious white windows in outer tail feathers and white undertail coverts. Perching in a small shrub several feet above the ground, dropping to the ground periodically and then returning to the same perch
