Observation details
One male and female seemed to be engaged in some post breeding pair bonding and courtship behavior. They paced around with each other for some time, presenting each other "gifts" of leaves, stones and sticks. Vocal the entire time together. The smaller gull (assume female) laid very low and vibrated into the sand a few times while calling, something I have not seen before. I watched and documented this behaviour for about 30 minutes.
