John Hodges spotted and pointed out a Palm Warbler that turned out to be a pair. I was able to get a decent photograph of one them and saw the pair of them a few minutes later.
Observation details
Saw them a number of time is the estuary, in the group of trees of by the first man made lake, then by the Fir and Arbutus by the wall and the road and then 10 minutes or so later in the trees on the east side across from the second man made lake.
