Observation details
Bird was amongst over 75 plovers consisting of Snowy and Semipalmated. This was the only bird in breeding plumage. Was only able to get this shot due to the bird being very skittish. I didnt want to flush it due to getting a photo. I noted a slightly lighter back then nearby Semis. A dark large bib, white bold supercilum, black auriculars, and black down to the gape. I know I know...i really need to hear the call..which i did not. And I will gladly remove this if told to do so. But maybe someone can go out there and look for this bird and get a better shot or possibly hear the bird call. Sorry for the delay but I wanted to study the bird before posting.
