Rare, first identified by Ryan Andrews and Fyn Kynd, photos. Small, stocky empid, short bill. Highly contrasting wings. Complete eye-ring, dull underparts, rather bright green back in full sun. Active and twitchy. Feeding in the willows under the bridge by day use parking.
