Observation details
one of my more bizarre records of recent times, not a bird I ever expected here, was first seen foraging in short grass in the front yard before flushed over the road to the neighbours lawn where it continued to forage, I can only assume the bird is on its way south with migration as I have recorded this species in northern Victoria around the first week of October, a few bad iPhone pics attached, enough for ID, 118th species recorded at this site
