Observation details
Posted to OBOL with photo. Small bird, noticeably pale and buffy, long-tailed, gray nape, dark border on both sides of mustache. Small pink bill. Lacks dark eye line of chipping sparrow. Lores are pale. Pale central crown stripe. More contrasting pattern in face than brewer's sparrow. Buzzy song heard.
