the bird was 1/3 the size of nearby 60 or soo Canada Geese .. confusion about this bird ..multiple thoughts and questions . postively ID'd by Willie D'Anna and several others .. after much reading and searching of images i can;t help but wonder if it is an Adult Taverner's Cackling Goose
