Observation details
Dead, I am reporting it all the same as it is a significant find. Very strange to find a dead Black-legged Kittiwake on the Mont-Royal. It was found on the east side of the park, on a path. There was a bit of blood on the back of the neck, and the neck was broken, but otherwise in good condition. The bird looked to have died very recently. I have donated it to the Redpath museum (who have a permit for migratory birds).
