Observation details
Continuing bird. Found in cypress tree to the left of the wheelchair ramp going to the entrance to the library which faces the creek. Perhaps due to my mid-afternoon visit, the bird didn't move around too much and spent twenty minutes at a time just sitting in one location. A few times its eyes seemed to slowly close as if it were dozing.
