NOTES: Two parts, recorded at 8:42 and 8:50. Initially copied as #98873, but digitized as LNS #113133. Two birds, one following the other as they moved about 15 meters off the ground; birds were among a mixed-species flock and were seen reasonably well as they moved almost constantly and sallied about; the birds were surprisingly only 3/4 up the shorter trees at edge of a tree-fall gap in a narrow strip of second-growth along the continuation of the road beyond the trail to camp; apart from narrow strip along road, the forest was primary terra firme; described briefly on tape; birds tended to keep the tail cocked up at an angle; no response to later tape playback; 10 knot breeze, 78¡ F. K6 in cut potition. Response to playback: No response. Other Behaviors: Beg, Establish Parent Young Contact, Social Context: Mixed. Habitat: Rainforest, Evergreen Forest, Second-growth.
