Observation details
Second day in our yard. Photos taken today of 2 different Archilochus hummingbirds, one of which was present yesterday. Today the perched photos show tails projecting well beyond primaries for both birds & greener crown color and dark primaries with a pointed tip to P10 in the #2 bird, indicating Ruby-throated Hummingbirds instead of Black-chinned Hummingbirds.
