When I was recording the double-note calls the only birds present were the non-red birds. After some thought, I'm sure these vocs. belong to an immature. Transcribed by MJA, 25 July 2005. ML: Subject changed from Loxia curvirostra to Loxia curvirostra (type 2). This if of mostly juvenile begging "chittoo" calls with several good Type 2 flight calls after the 2:15 mark.
