Observation details
Bright yellow-fronted vireo. Stout, short-tailed appearance. Yellow throat and breast. Green hood and back, yellow spectacles. White underside, gray back and wings, 2 white wingbars. Actively foraging through the tops of the willows. Singing occasionally (burry obvious vireo song, more harsh/scratchy than CAVI). More often giving a chatter call. North east willows. Park in the north east most lot, follow the pavement east to the fence over looking the drain, follow the dirt path south, after about 100 feet you'll pass a shopping cart on the right and a mattress on the left, the bird was in the stand of tall willows SW of the mattress.
