Observation details
This is a really interesting bird. Our first instinct was PABU, and we posted it as such without photos and it was accepted, so we assume status supports this occurrence here and now. Then we got conservative and changed it to INBU because we were new to the area. But, this bird's thin eye-ring, lack of any visible wingbars, pale green/gray coloring and pale breast really support PABU. Additionally, this bird was feeding in an unusual place, on low stems next to a thin stream. Likely a worn female but potentially a juv (not sure of the dispersal/migration timing, but apparently PABU are transients in mid-July). So, changing it back to our original ID.
