NOTES: primary sub-montane rainforest; recorded in forest understory about 20m outside of an open densely vegetated stream bed.; Turdus olivaceus gives the grasshopper-like calls in foreground. Loud clear whistles in back are given by a spot-throat (Modulatrix stictigula). A Shelley's greenbul (Andropadus masukuensis) also begins calling in foreground. LNS: Subject changed from Turdus olivaceus to T. roehli to reflect current taxonomy. --Jay McGowan 1Dec2011. Sound stimulation was (other): Playback of orange-ground thru.
