Observation details
Continuing (thanks Linda P. for reporting!); pics; on small pine by trash cans at entrance to beach next to life saving station. Dark black vulture with bare dark grey face, but back of head feathered. Perhaps immature? Small nostrils eliminate turkey. As I was about to leave, it flew off to the park across the street.
