NOTES: [This recording contains various examples of the "Advertising Call" of BNA, representing repeated renditions of "poo-ee'-chk." This appears to begin with calls by a female (0:05-0:07, 0:16-0:18), after which, are calls by a male (0:23-0:32), then a female (0:415-0:48, 0:555-1:01), and then both together (1:10-1:31). There are also some soft "chirps" at 0:18-0:23 that may represent "Threat Calls." Quality added (2, 1-2) - CAM - 21 November 2004]. Other Behaviors: Advertise. Habitat: Wetland, Freshwater, Deciduous Forest, Pond.
