Observation details
At least one bird heard then seen - but potential for two. This bird was heard then found on the boardwalk. This was around 0730. The first area the bird was heard from was a great distance away from where we finally got visuals. That area went silent, and even though we didn't notice any bird fly over to the main viewed area, the moment from where the first area calls ended and the second area started, was only a matter of what seemed like seconds. However, no other birds we directly seen or heard once we had line of sight on this bird. The bird continued to call as we walked out of the mangroves. Could still hear him a good half mile + away! Fantastic morning! Please, be respectful of the birds. They are a localized breeding species and sensitive to disturbances.
