Observation details

rare, seen below the overlook in some pines before getting to the stream crossing. Corinne heard the bird singing and it sounded similar to the parula's we have in eastern PA. I managed a few photo's showing the bird as a Tropical Parula lacking the eye arcs, having bright white wing bars and showing yellow below the breast area. Corinne recorded the bird's song on her phone. It flew across the trail several times and chased a Grace's Warbler.
