NOTES: Habitat: low land pasture; Apparent Biological Purpose of Sound: hunber of young, mother love of cows; some Chivos (weanling calves) approach a fence and note the presence of dairy cattle in the next potrero. they begin to bowl. the cows came running also bowling. at the fence the cows discover that none of the calves are theirs and return to their grazing. the Chivos also become silent.
