Observation details
on Limpia Chute trail. first located by 'pip'ish calls and found a sally'ing flycatcher with long, thin bill with a bright and entirely orange lower mandible. Larger than WEWP (in same area) with a clearly visible tufted crest. Slight hook at tip of upper mandible noticable. Breast dirty gray with no real sign of a contrasting paler area/vest. Completely overcast and bird was dark/backlit against sky most of time (photos overexposed a bit). Never sang.
