Observation details
Continuing bird. The pic shows the smaller size, short thick neck, stubby bill, and the paler look to the back. Interesting how variable these Cackling Geese are. I had one in Burlington County last week that was smaller, yet didn't show that whiter back that I usually associate with Cackling.
