Mostly gray bird, mockingbird sized, and looking at first like one of my many mockingbirds. But the bold white eye ring immediately gives it away. The characteristic buffy/peachy colored wing bars and vertical posture with tail held downward as well as the call (recorded for posting) also secure the ID.
