Well viewed flying and standing along shoreline. White outer rectrices in flight. Standing along shoreline, bobs tail and body intermittently. Two white wing bars, under parts washed dull yellowish with rather heavy streaking. White eye ring, and and white eyebrow. Bill is dark with some yellowish-orange toning. Legs are blackish.
