Much reported bird in Birdline Victoria over the previous week. Finally found on pond 7 in amongst shelducks and swans in the late afternoon/early evening. It had not been seen in this pond before, but we had been unable to locate it in ponds 1 and 2 and decided to expand the search area. Another 3 birders were also present and helping with the search.
