Vincent found while looking for the gull. Nice surprise! Good looks through scope at actively diving bird. Then showed it to all the park staff who were very excited. Puffy headed look, contrasty border on neck, no white around eye as in Common. Thinner smaller bill than Common, bill held rather straight not turned up. Heavily cropped photo.
