Finally found a real rarity at this old patch of mine — Melospiza sparrow flushed across the path around here: (33.9530115, -84.6676759). — In multiple binocular views I noted his buffy bib with thin black streaks, it was well defined and extend down his flanks. Thin buffy eyering on a grayish face + plus a raised “spiky” crown. Gave a buzzy call too. Diagnostic but obscured pic
