6th fall record for Gambell. Male in the Near Boneyard. Flushed in front of me while sweeping the Near Boneyard and Clarence, Rodney, and I were able to work it until we all got good looks. Rather skulky bird that took some time to pin down. Uniform brown above with a reddish tinge to tail and primaries and paler below with white supercilliam and submoustachial stripe, black loral area, and brilliant ruby throat.
