觀察細節

The bird circled relatively low above the water at about -33.591753, 151.319161, and then flew south. Its built did not seem ‘solid’ enough for a Little Eagle. The attached image shows its short rounded tail, and rounded wings with fingered tips, which support a Brahminy Kite over a Whistling Kite.
