Provisionally calling this bird a ZTHA but it has a fair bit of white of the head. We didn't get great images and no images of the tail but it was strongly barred black and white like a hatch year Common Black Hawk. Also did not get a clear image of the chest which was solid black. Given the totality of the field marks, sort of wonder if it could be a hybrid second calendar year Black Hawk X Zone-tailed Hawk. Was seen here 33.710135, -114.506695
